I have been making lots of candles to test this weekend. They are all looking ok, abit of frosting but ok apart from the vintage colclough tea cup candle which I adore. It has a perfect creamy finish and the smell is divine. To finish the look i have used a few buttons and a bit of raffia ribbon salvaged from my craft box. Even though they are nice to look at I'll have to light them all to check if they smell as good as they look.

Vintage Sherry Glass Candle

My latest experiment. A candle made in a vintage sherry glass, smells of Lavender. Ideal for a christmas pressie  :)

Bric a brac

A beautiful gold gilded china set and a collection of vintage sherry glasses from an antique shop for  my next candle project.
